At custom-shoe.com, each pair of shoes is handcrafted and customized specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
No Refunds on Customized Orders
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it is immediately entered into production. Since each product is made to your specifications, it cannot be resold or reused. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@custom-shoe.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and offer a replacement if necessary.

Every pair of shoes is custom-made. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be handcrafted and prepared for shipment.
Delivery Time
Once your shoes are ready, shipping usually takes 15 to 25 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
